I'd like to re-start the GGOTW if there is enough interest. I don't think it should include the current flavor of the month but older and less frequently played games. Some examples would be Halo 3, Vegas 2, Team Fortress 2, Bioshock 2, Battlefield 1943, etc.

Is anyone interested in participating? This would be a great way to meet some new folks and play some games that we used to love.

We have a few and hopefully some of you all can recruit some more.

What game would everyone like to try first? Obviously MW 2 and BC2 are out since you can find others to play with anywhere around here.

Sounds good, but what time do you usually play these games? I only ask because my "playtime" is somewhat limited to early evenings.

I've been mixing in some Burnout Revenge lately with my MW2. I'd also be up for some TF2 or Halo 3 as well.

There is no set time. It's up to whoever wants to play. The game time and day are open to whatever works best for the group and will most likely change from game to game.

Maybe we can have a set day and time and a floating day and time. Some people prefer some structure and others don't really care. Two days a week would be awesome.

I'm in for the stuff I can play. Thursday nights work best for me but I'm pretty open after 8:00PM Central time on weeknights.

And I gotta know, did you get a temporary divorce? LOL

Vagas 2. Cool

I still haven't opened it yet. Sad I know. That's what you get from being a COD junkie.

My wife got a new job, and moving up north, and my daughter and I will be following as soon as the house and store are sold, but she's going to finish out the school year down here either way, so I've got a good 4 months of game time every night coming to me now

Somehow, that seems like both the coolest and the crappiest thing on Earth. I can't hardly function without my wife anymore lol. I do good to make it through a week in the summer with her gone.
